I enjoyed the convenient access to the mall because of the hotel location. The staff was friendly , always treating me like a VIP. Everything felt luxurious. The fountain view from my room was wonderful , offering sights during my entire stay.
The valet service damaged my car , which remains unresolved. The valet team wasn't willing to take responsibility for the mistake. I found this frustrating , because the issue has not been addressed properly.

The room was very spacious and included all amenities needed. The room design added to the experience. Breakfast is a buffet with options for eggs, omelets, waffles, and pancakes made to order.

I found the staff very polite and helpful. The hotel's integration with the Burj Khalifa complex is seamless and stylish. Access to the mall and other attractions was easy and convenient. I also enjoyed the lovely display of the fountains.
The valet service damaged my car , and the resolution process has been slow. I also noticed minor issues in the room , such as a flickering ceiling light.
